REMINDERS FOR ALL THE ATTENDEES OF THE 37TH OATHTAKING CEREMONY FOR NEW PROFESSIONAL TEACHERS IN LUCENA CITY ON FEBRUARY 25, 2023
The said activity will be held at Quezon Convention Center. There are two (2) schedules. Participants are reminded of the following:
1. The time indicated on your ticket will be the basis of attendance.
a. Batch 1 inductees may come as early as 6:00 am.
b. Batch 2 inductees may come at 11:00am.
2. Bring your QR coded oath form and your ticket for attendance monitoring.
3. Each inductee will be given an LPT pin and souvenir program. No other pins will be required at the venue.
4. Inductees who are not examinees of Lucena and MIMAROPA will be given the LPT pin only. The souvenir program will be requested from the region where you took the examination.
5. As an additional proof of attendance, please take pictures inside the venue before or after the program.
6. After the oathtaking ceremony, check your LERIS account. Once tagged as “ATTENDED”, you may secure an online appointment for your initial registration.
Health protocols will be strictly implemented. Your vaccination card or negative RT-PCR test result, taken 48 hours prior to the event, should be presented at the entrance.
