PRC REGIONAL OFFICE IV-A TO HOLD MOBILE SERVICES
The Professional Regulation Commission Regional Office IV-A announces the conduct of mobile services at Metro Central Mall, Sta. Cruz, Laguna on November 30 and December 1, 2023 and Lipa Academy of Sports Culture and Arts, Lipa City on December 02, 2023 from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM for processing of all PRC transactions.
The following services will be processed:
1. Application for various examinations;
2. Renewal of Professional Identification Card (PIC);
3. Initial Registration;
4. Duplicating of lost or damaged unexpired PIC;
5. Application for Petition for Correction of Entries / Data and Change of Status;
6. Certification and Authentication of PRC released documents; and,
7. Other PRC - related services.
Applicants are advised to set an online appointment at online.prc.gov.ph and pay online using any of the payment channels provided therein.
All applicants are reminded to observe the minimum health protocols while inside the venue.
