PRC Announces March 2024 Licensure Examination Results for Professional Teachers, Released in 47 Working Days


The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) and the Board for Professional Teachers (BPT) have announced the results of the March 17, 2024 Licensure Examination for Professional Teachers (L.E.P.T.). Out of 44,764 examinees, 20,890 (46.67%) passed the exam for elementary teachers, while 50,539 out of 85,980 examinees (58.78%) passed the exam for secondary teachers. Among the elementary teacher passers, 17,561 were first-time takers and 3,329 were repeaters. For the secondary teacher passers, 41,787 were first-time takers and 8,752 were repeaters. The exams were conducted in 36 testing centers across the Philippines.


The Board for Professional Teachers consists of Dr. Rosita L. Navarro, Chairman; Dr. Paz I. Lucido, Vice Chairman; and Dr. Paraluman R. Giron and Dr. Nora M. Uy, Members.

The results for thirty-six (36) examinees have been withheld pending the final determination of their liabilities under the rules and regulations governing licensure examinations.

The requirements for the issuance of the Certificate of Registration and Professional Identification Card (ID) are as follows:

  1. Notice of Admission (for identification only)
  2. Downloaded and duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal
  3. Two passport-sized photos (colored with white background and complete nametag)
  4. Two sets of documentary stamps
  5. One short brown envelope

Successful examinees must personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.


The dates and venues for the oathtaking ceremonies of the successful examinees will be announced at a later date.
